From Lord Destroyer in 2004...

When last we left the heroic duo, they had saved Ratchet's home planet from being vaporized by Chairman Drek. After all the attention they got from the media, they were whisked away to another galaxy by one Ambercrombie Fizzwidget, an executive in Megacorp.

Fizzwidget wanted them to retrieve an experiment (looks like a harmless fuzzball) from someone who stole it - and so it all begins.

The usual planet-hopping takes place, but now there's also arena fighting, hoverbike races, and deep-space dogfighting as well. Also, a new batch of weapons shows up - and most of them can be upgraded if you use them plenty of times.

Even more, you can gain more Nanotech slots (life sections) by doing battle repeatedly with hostiles, as well as picking up Nanotech boosts that are hidden here and there. There are also armor upgrades that can be had by way of Megacorp vendors

Overall, a regular Ratchet & Clank adventure kicked up a few notches...worth the cash, IMO.

Ranking: 9.3 out of 10.
